This is the first and worst of an epic trilogy. It may be the worst but I was still a very good film. An incredible portrayal of the dark knight in his true glory (definitely one of the best portrayals yet). Directed by Christopher Nolan and starring Morgan Freeman, Christian Bale, Liam Neeson and Michael Caine this is a dark and fairly accurate adaptation of the comics. I think the character of batman deserved this style of film because he is a very dark character and some say he is actually a bad person. There is an interesting choice of backstory to this adaptation, but I will explain in the plot summary. I am now going to start adding a new P to the weekly posts: PLOT. So here goes.
most people know the basic backstory for batman where his parents get mugged and killed. There is then a time jump to when Bruce Wayne is attempting to get to criminals by going to jail and beating them up while he is there. He then gets recruited by ras’ al gul and has to find a blue thistle and climb a mountain with it.he then basically trains to be a ninja. he is trying to get the man that killed his parents jailed when he encounters our villain (scarecrow). scarecrows “power” is when he puts on his mask he releases an airbor drug that makes people experience their worst fears.
the bit where it showing all thehalucinagenics doesn’t really make any sense and when Batman uses the scarecrow’s own spray on him it doesn’t show any specific fear (it is basically just black stuff)
